50 minutes Individual Sessions
$175
Your first 50-minute session includes a comprehensive intake assessment, where we’ll explore your reasons for seeking therapy, current challenges, and relevant personal history. This initial meeting helps us begin to understand your goals and develop a personalized approach tailored to your needs.
After your initial session, we’ll continue with weekly 50-minute therapy sessions to build consistency, deepen emotional insight, and support meaningful, lasting progress in your mental health journey.

90 minutes EMDR Sessions
$250
For EMDR therapy, sessions are typically 90 minutes to allow time for deeper processing and integration. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) involves structured phases that require adequate time to fully engage with distressing memories, process emotional responses, and work toward resolution—all within a single session.
Extended 90-minute EMDR sessions provide the space needed to move through this healing process at a more comfortable and effective pace, especially when working with trauma and emotionally charged material.

90 minutes DBT Group
Our weekly online DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills group offers a structured, supportive environment to build practical tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and reducing distress-driven behaviors. Each 90-minute session focuses on core DBT skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
This group runs for 5 months, providing the time and consistency needed to fully learn and apply DBT skills. Participating in a DBT group online allows you to connect with others facing similar challenges while developing lifelong coping strategies—all from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
A brief screening session is required prior to joining to ensure the group is a good therapeutic fit for your needs and goals.
